OMG -- Another Affordable Spa Find
This time, I was in Brooklyn. I didn't necessarily want a treatment this time around though -- I just needed a relaxing day. I went to Body by Brooklyn, located on Park Avenue in Clinton Hill, and what a great time.For $44, you can use their wet lounge for the entire day for its therapeutic benefits, which features a Swedish sauna, Russian sauna, Turkish aroma steam room, thermal hot tub, cold plunge pool and power shower -- the best water experiences I've ever had.
Robes, towels, slippers and private lockers are provided. Just come in a bathing suit and you're all set. No need to call ahead to schedule an appointment. You just walk in and revive.
