Dressed for the Met
The Met had its annual Costume Institute Gala last night , and we saw quite the celebrity turnout. You would think it was the Oscar's by the number of stars who showed up! While I loved Kate Bosworth's stunning silver bubble dress, and Lindsay was sexy in simple black, it's so much more interesting to make fun of the ugly outfits! Vote for the stars with the worst fashion faux pas. See the styles here, and vote below. Oh, and I thought Lucy Liu looked so fierce, I had to include her!

I loved Cameron Diaz in that dress! I usually hate her, but I thought she rocked it.

Kirsten Dunst is far to pretty for that frumpy frock! I see where she's going with the outfit, but I think she would've made a better impression had she worn a dress that was fitted to her body. She has a fantastic figure, so why would she wear such a hiddeous sack?! That said, I love the color of the dress...

I never liked Kirsten Dunst- too whiny!- but as Mary Jane she was horrible. Toby Mac waaaay better suited to play our favorite Marvel character!! That said, her dress sucked...again.

I don't understand why any of these women chose those dresses. Except for Diaz, they all look they are playing dress up in clothes that they wouldn't wear anywhere else. Understandably it's the Costume Gala, but still, they all were pretty daring and ballsy.... alittle too much so.
I adore Lucy Liu's purple dress! It's beautiful. I hated Scarlett's, um, dress. The bodice is pretty, but from waist down the outfit is a reject. And Jessica looked like a horribly mean person in that picture. That dress needed more fabric, while Kirsten's needed way less. And, I agree, Mary Kate needs to be fed--a hamburger, pizza, milkshake...

Cameron Diaz's dress was absolutely GORGEOUS, and some simple silver/diamond accessories would have been great, but TURQIUOSE? I think that she looked the best (out of the worst). Kirsten Dunst looked awful...the dress took up so much room and it just looked like a big sheet and some black netting. Ugh. Claire Danes and Mary Kate weren't exactly up there either.
