Girls Gone Cheesy - A Clothing Line
The fashion world has hit an all time low. As if the Paris Hilton clothing line wasn’t bad enough, GIRLS GONE WILD is starting a clothing line. Yes, you heard me. The company that produces videos of young women running around half and sometimes fully naked is producing a clothing line. Ironic, yes?
This is classic – WWD did an interview with the founder of the company and he was quoted as saying,
“There’s a little Girls Gone Wild in every girl. That’s what we want to bring out, but without being cheesy.” WITHOUT BEING CHEESY? I’m laughing and crying at the same time.
I’m not done. The tagline for the line is “When clothing isn’t optional”. You can’t make this stuff up.

I don't know, it doesn't really bother me. It's like hooter's t-shirts. Nobody is going to mistake it for Haute Couture...as far as gimmicks go, this is the gimmicky-est. It's meant to be a sort of a joke...lighten up.
